Floor distribution boards are used for power supply in multi-apartment residential buildings. They are designed to ensure uninterrupted operation of ventilation, heating and lighting systems, water supply. In addition, they power the apartment's outlet networks and protect electrical appliances from accidents and circuit overloads. Laying of trunk wires, telephone, television, radio and Internet networks can also be carried out through boards of this type. The boards are installed to power one house, two, three, four rooms or the entire living area.

Assembly options

Depending on the number of consumers, the floor distribution board can be equipped with one or more doors and metering devices. Despite the differences in size and modifications, each switchboard has a niche for the installation of single-phase equipment, protective switching devices and the laying of outgoing and incoming cables. In front of each meter, a switch is installed that cuts it off from the main line. For safe operation, all elements of the system must be grounded. It is possible to install the box enclosure in a specially designated place instead of the zero bus. If it is necessary to protect electrical equipment as much as possible, it is better to choose a vandal-proof design with additional internal brackets.
