Application

Control panels are installed at industrial and agricultural enterprises to control and coordinate the operation of production equipment. With their help, the operation of livestock complexes and grain processing plants is regulated. They can influence the desired microclimate in poultry farms and pig farms. Cabinets are installed next to water towers, in boiler rooms, hospitals, medical centers and shopping centers. Using them, it is possible to turn on and off lighting on the territory of the plant, start welding and bending machines, laser devices, punching presses and other devices. Boxes are placed in schools and kindergartens, office buildings and other premises for control of heating, ventilation and fire systems.

Assembly options

Most commonly, control panels are assembled according to individual schemes. The choice of internal equipment and its quantity depends on the complexity of the serviced facility and the purpose of the unit. Sheets of ferrous metal or stainless steel can be used as the material for the enclosure. Mounting panels must be installed in cabinets, on which controllers, switching equipment, controls and frequency converters are placed. Sensors are attached to the controlled devices, which will then forward information to the equipment and signal changes. If necessary, valves or dimmers can be placed inside. Parts of foreign and domestic world brands such as KiAS, ABB, IEK, Schneider Electric and EKF are used to equip the panel.
