Automation cabinets are used everywhere. They are installed at agricultural facilities, for example, to control the operation of grain processing complexes, maintain the right temperature and create the necessary microclimate in chicken coops, vegetable and pig farms. Using these devices, it is possible to control the operation of water towers, water heating boilers in boiler rooms and heating systems. They are installed to control lighting on the territory of hospitals, medical centers, polyclinics, kindergartens, schools and office buildings. They allow you to turn on and off any production equipment: bending, laser and welding machines, punching presses and other devices.

Assembly options

Automation cabinets are assembled according to individual standard schemes from stainless steel or ferrous metal sheets The number of internal components and their functions depend on the complexity of the facility being serviced. Regardless of this, several panels must be installed in electrical boards. One of them is necessary for fixing the working elements, and the second one is used to protect the personnel interacting with the system. Switching equipment, controllers, frequency converters and control units are placed on the mounting section. From above, the box is closed with a door, on which, if desired, rotary switches, counters and voltage monitoring devices: voltmeters and ammeters can be placed.
