Application

Automation switchboards are installed at metallurgical, electrotechnical, machine building and shipbuilding plants, textile factories and pharmaceutical enterprises. With their help, operational equipment can be monitored, namely: punching machines, laser, welding and bending machines, knitting and sewing machines, etc. Cabinets are installed at agricultural facilities, they allow to coordinate the operation of grain processing machines, water towers. They are also used in housing construction. By means of such devices, proper operation of ventilation, heating and fire systems in the single-family sector and new buildings is ensured.

Assembly options

Automation switchboards are produced according to individual schemes, they fully take into account the features of the serviced facility. Ferrous metal or stainless steel sheets are used as the material. The choice is based on further operating conditions, the necessary strength and wear resistance of the cabinet. A mounting panel is placed inside the structure, on which necessary components are attached: switching equipment, frequency converters, control units and controllers. Information sensors are installed at the serviced facility, which are connected to the general system. They will signal all changes in the operation of the installation. Domestic and foreign parts of well-known world brands IEK, KiAS, Schneider Electric and EKF are used for equipment.
